Reporting to the GM, this dynamic role is responsible for **Purchasing & Logistics** for the business in Canada. This role is highly involved with other parts of the company - What you do matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Purchasing
- Stay on top of net stock levels
- Purchases through vendors: Issue POs, be in communication regarding changes, issues, and discontinued items.
- Update yearly pricing changes from suppliers
- Work closely with Project teams, Customer Service and Sales on demand forecasts
- New items set up in the system

Warehouse/ Inventory
- Monthly meeting with 3PL warehouse
- Adjust inventory and min/max levels as needed
- Arrange yearly stock counts

Logistics:

- Make freight arrangements
- Prepare Customs clearance documents
- Get permits for shipping into Canada as required

Accounts Payable
- Create POs and pay vendors on time

**Experience & Skills**:

- 3-5yrs+ of Purchasing and A/P experience
- History of taking responsibility for a whole area or function
- Have used Sage X3 ERP and Symphony web platforms is ideal
- Experience with 3PL Warehouses is highly desirable
