Are you passionate about fashion retail, love working in a beautiful boutique, and have experience guiding a team? Anne Mulaire, a proudly Winnipeg-made and Canadian fashion brand, is looking for a Retail Team Lead to bring energy, organization, and a customer-first mindset to our women’s fashion boutique.
This is a great opportunity to work with a local brand that designs and produces all of its apparel right here in Winnipeg—combining sustainability, style, and purpose. If you’ve been a Key Holder, Retail Sales Lead, or held a similar frontline role, we’d love to meet you.
Customer Experience & Sales
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service
- Style guests and drive sales through product knowledge and upselling
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care

Team Support & Leadership
- Help train, guide, and support boutique team members
- Lead by example during shifts and assist with task delegation
- Contribute to scheduling and day-to-day store operations

Visual Merchandising
- Maintain a beautiful, well-organized, on-brand retail space
- Refresh displays for new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal launches

Inventory Management
- Receive, tag, and organize apparel and accessories
- Track inventory and report discrepancies
- Support online inventory updates and quarterly counts

Store Operations
- Assist with POS, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Experience in fashion retail or clothing store environments
- Strong interest in women’s fashion, ethical fashion, and sustainable fashion
- Natural leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak retail periods
- Bilingual (French-English) — an asset, but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools
- An eye for visual merchandising and in-store presentation

- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
