**CIO - Office Lead**:
The CIO Office Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the IT Captive, ensuring seamless alignment between IT initiatives and the organization’s overall business strategy. Serving as a critical liaison between the CIO, IT leadership, and various business units, this role facilitates effective communication, drives IT governance, and supports the execution of strategic IT initiatives to advance business objectives.
**Strategic Planning**:
- Assist in developing and implementing IT strategies.
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of IT roadmaps.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
**Governance and Portfolio Management**:
- Oversee IT governance processes and frameworks.
- Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT initiatives.
**Program Management**:
- Lead cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate resources across multiple projects and departments.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT programs and projects.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and vendors.
- Facilitate communication of IT strategies and initiatives across the organization.
- Coordination with other support functions like finance, procurement, compliance, legal.
**Budget and Resource Management**:
- Assist in developing and managing the IT budget.
- Optimize resource allocation across IT initiatives.
- Monitor and control IT spending.
**Risk and Compliance**:
- Oversee IT risk management processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate IT audits and assessments.
**Innovation and Continuous Improvement**:
- Drive innovation initiatives within the IT organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Lead change management efforts related to IT transformations.
**Reporting and Analytics**:
- Develop and maintain IT performance dashboards and reports.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Present IT performance and progress reports to executive leadership.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT management or consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
- Excellent project and program management skills.
- Proven ability to produce reports and presentation slides for C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS (at the hiring manager’s discretion)**:
- 40 hours a week.
- Working from home: voluntary basis for up to 2 days per week after 3 months of joining.
- LANGUAGE: French, English.
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.

**Planification stratgique**:
- Participer llaboration et la mise en uvre des stratgies informatiques.
- Coordonner la cration et la maintenance des feuilles de route informatiques.
- Suivre les tendances du secteur et les technologies mergentes.
**Gouvernance et gestion de portefeuille**:
- Superviser les processus et les cadres de gouvernance informatique.
- Grer le portefeuille de projets informatiques en veillant leur alignement avec les priorits de lentreprise.
- Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs cls de performance (ICP) des initiatives informatiques.
**Gestion de programme**:
- Diriger des programmes transversaux et des initiatives stratgiques.
- Coordonner les ressources entre plusieurs projets et services.
- Garantir la livraison ponctuelle des programmes et projets informatiques.
**Gestion des parties prenantes**:
- Grer les relations avec les principales parties prenantes, notamment les dirigeants et les fournisseurs.
- Faciliter la communication des stratgies et des initiatives informatiques au sein de lorganisation.
