**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- This is a hands-on working leader position. You must be able to lift 25kg bags throughout the day.
- Oversee warehousing tasks related to shipping, receiving and inventory control.
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized manner.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement and customers to ensure smooth movement of product.
- Ensure accuracy in trailer picking lists.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory levels (cycle counts, inventory, etc).
- Make sure all shipments coming and going have correct paperwork.
- Lead WMS implementation & development activities.
- Improve efficiency of systems and density utilization.
- Monitor key metrics & develop strategy and action plans to meet goals.
- Oversee employees working in the warehouse area.
- Responsible for site Health and Safety.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance of all equipment
- Member of the internal feed safety team
- Other tasks as assigned

**Experience & Skills Required**
- Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods and inventory software
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, time management and attention to details skills
- Ability to lift, stack heavy objects up to 25kg and complete other physical demands of the job
- Current forklift license
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, Experience with Odoo.
- Strong team player with the ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Problem solver who is available on demand to answer questions and resolve problems as they arise. The ability to work at a high level of execution with interruptions is important.
- Strong understanding of 5S
- Excellent communication skills.
- Lift truck operators license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Dunnville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
