**Main Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Install metal cladding systems on a variety of structures, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements
- Perform site preparation and layout, including scaffolding and safety equipment setup
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal cladding or related construction work
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of metal cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
