Serpa Motor Sports/Serpa Automotive Boutique is growing, and we’re looking for a polished and professional Full-Time Head Detailer to join our team. If you take pride in your work, have a passion for vehicles, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Position Overview**:
As the Head Detailer, you will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are presented at the highest standard. You will be responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery, maintaining showroom quality for lot inventory, and ensuring a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality detailing of sold vehicles and lot inventory.
- Complete customer service washes on vehicles post-service, ensuring they are ready for pick-up.
- Organize and ensure vehicles are parked in their assigned locations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized wash bay.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the confidentiality of customer and company information. Work collaboratively with team members and management to foster a positive and efficient environment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid G2 (or higher) driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Minimum 3 years of detailing experience in an automotive setting.
- Ability to buff & polish.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to select your own product, not forced to use product you dont believe in. Ability to ceramic coat is a bonus.
