We are looking for a skilled Workday Security Analyst to support activities related to security access and controls within the Workday platform. The role involves maintaining compliance standards, managing user access, and supporting audits and risk management processes.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Support day-to-day security operations and access management within Workday.
- Configure and maintain security roles, domains, and business process security policies.
- Ensure proper segregation of duties and access controls are in place.
- Assist in periodic access reviews and support internal/external audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with HRIS, compliance, and IT teams to ensure security policies align with organizational standards.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Security Configuration.
- Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and Workday security domains.
- Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements related to access management.
- Experience supporting security-related projects or enhancements in Workday.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Workday certification in Security or relevant modules is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a global HRIS environment.
