**Your Role as a Team Supervisor**

As a Team Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and direction to our Community Care Partners, ensuring that Residents receive person-centered care in a supportive living environment. Your mission? To empower each person to achieve their best while fostering a vibrant, inclusive community.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to implement our Mission and Vision.
- Manage scheduling tasks including shift planning, time-off approvals, and last minute call-in adjustments.
- Oversee the administrative side of care delivery, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide direct support to Residents while leading a dedicated team.
- Promote the social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of Residents.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in our homes.
- Communicate effectively with Residents, families, and outside professionals.

**What You Need**
- Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a supportive living setting.
- Strong computer literacy in programs like Excel, Office, and OneDrive for efficient team management.
- Post-secondary education in Disability Support or a related field (an asset).
- Valid Saskatchewan driver's license with a clean abstract.
- Genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for others.

Pay: From $22.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
