We are currently seeking **General Labourers** to assist with paving, site / base preparation, and other road construction tasks. You’ll work alongside experienced operators and crew leads to help complete jobs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with asphalt raking, shoveling, sweeping, and site cleanup
- Operate small equipment and tools (plate packers, saws, etc.)
- Load and unload materials
- Assist in setting up and breaking down job sites
- Follow safety protocols and direction from the foreman

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in road construction or paving is an asset but not required
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Safety tickets (First Aid, H2S, CSTS) are an asset

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
