Shop Foreman

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations in the service shop
- Assign work to technicians and monitor productivity
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
- Ensure repairs meet Hyundai quality and safety standards
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed work
- Assist in diagnosing complex mechanical issues
- Coordinate with the Service Manager for workflow and priorities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Hyundai/Kia experience an asset)
- Previous leadership or foreman experience in a dealership environment preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Pay: $63,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
