We are seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front-of-house staff through our busy golf season and beyond. This position will report to, and work closely with, the Food & Beverage Manager and Food & Beverage Services and Event Manager, to maintain all member service operations.
This role requires an individual who can remain calm under stress & adjust on the fly while striving to go above and beyond at every opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- On floor presence is key to this role
- Assistance with all liquor, beer, and wine orders
- Timely delivery and accuracy of monthly beverage inventory
- Maintenance and oversight of meal services
- Assurance that service standards are met or exceeded with each guest/member
- Strengthening of business relationships with our suppliers
- Securing the clubhouse after nightly service
- Oversight of events to completion and success

**Requirements**:

- Must have Serving It Right certificate
- Food Safe Level 1 preferred
- Gregarious and informed
- General knowledge/interest in wine and spirits
- Golf knowledge an asset
- Able to read and speak fluently in English
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Position requires bending, standing, lifting, and walking constantly; long periods of time will be spent on your feet

Transportation to our location is difficult. Employees need ample time if relying on public transit, or their own vehicles.
