APC Alarm Corp. has been proudly serving the Greater Vancouver community for 31 years, obtaining a Better Business Bureau A+ rating along the way. We install alarm systems and security cameras. Also we have our own alarm monitoring station which provides 24hrs ULC monitoring service. For the last three years we has been installing residential and commercial EV chargers as well.

- Install, program, and maintain alarm systems and security cameras for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best locations for alarm system components and security cameras
- Test and troubleshoot alarm systems and security cameras to ensure proper functionality
- Provide customer training on how to use and operate alarm systems and security cameras
- Respond to service calls and perform repairs as needed
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an alarm technician or in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and basic electrical principles
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Strong computer hardware and networking skills
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Experience in the alarm industry or a related field is required.
