**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform duties safely and contributing to our plant site safety goal of ZERO workplace injuries.
- Operates blow mold machines to ensure efficient production of quality bottles.
- Performs inline quality checks to verify the packing of defect-free product.
- Supports Blow Mold set-up team with conversions and preventative maintenance as required.
- Assists with minor troubleshooting and resolution of process problems.
- Documents daily production reports and completes all necessary paperwork that pertains to this position.
- Ensures that all equipment and supplies are in working order and reports any issues of maintenance to the Team Lead.
- Answers operating alarms and restarts machines.
- Changes and/or sets up strappers.
- Performs adequate management of production materials.
- Assists in training blow mold employees.
- Attends training and meetings when required.
- Active participation on Health and Safety program.
- Must adhere to the Company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure plant is maintained at a high standard of housekeeping.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Promotes and adheres to all Company Rules and Safety Laws where applicable

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education and/or technical certification an asset
- Mechanical experience and manufacturing experience is an asset
- Scanning and inventory control experience an asset
- Knowledge & familiarity with a high speed manufacturing environment an asset
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Troubleshooting; determine causes of operating errors and making decisions about next action step
- Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) without a calculator or other tools
- Must be able to speak, read and legibly write in English
