**City Fire Prevention **is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Service Division as a Field Service Technician. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding our commitment to excellence in fire safety equipment maintenance, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship, and safeguarding business continuity. Join our dynamic Field Service Team and contribute to the inspection, testing, and servicing of life safety equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and servicing of life safety equipment.
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member in a fast-paced industrial service environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer focus and interpersonal skills.
- Utilize strong organizational abilities.
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
- Exhibit proven sales experience, including cold calling when necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the fire protection industry or a similar fast-paced service environment.
- Knowledge of applicable Provincial and National Fire Codes.
- Electrical aptitude
- Familiarity with fire alarm systems, suppression systems, sprinkler systems, Emergency lighting, and Fire Extinguishers.
- CFAA and/or ASTTBC certification (an asset but not mandatory).
- Clean driver's/background abstract required.
- High energy and a positive team player attitude.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
