We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Residential Construction Labourer to join our team. The Labourer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on various residential construction projects, including new construction and renovations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of worksites, including cleaning and organizing materials and equipment
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Operate power tools and equipment as directed
- Dig and grade trenches, lay foundations, and install drainage systems as needed
- Assist with framing, roofing, and other carpentry tasks as directed
- Assist with electrical and plumbing installations as directed
- Maintain a safe and clean worksite, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and more experienced workers
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time, including lifting heavy materials and equipment
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction: 1 year (preferred)
