Financial Data Entry Administrator

We are seeking a Financial Data Entry Administrator to support Regional Group and its affiliated companies through the timely receipt, verification, and accurate entry of financial data into both Yardi and Newstar.

**About the role**

Your key accountabilities will include:

- matching vendor invoice, purchase order, and receiving slip.
- returning vendor invoices to supplier for resolution should the invoice not match the purchase order or receiving slip
- verifying coding and processing supplier invoices and expense reimbursements.
- ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry.
- verifying and entering data information into the appropriate database.
- monitoring and updating existing data as required.
- electronic filing, and data management as required

**About you**

You have/are:

- successfully completed high school
- proficient in the use of MS Office suite
- effective oral and written communication
- excellent interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational skills
- excellent problem-solving skills
- self-driven and take initiative
