Surepoint is looking for an Electrical and Instrument Project Manager to join our team in Fort St. John, BC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates a culture of safety while providing a high-quality service.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, community and team members while exemplifying the company’s core values.
- Project risk identification and management
- Contract and interface management
- Managing scope, cost, schedule, integrated change control and quality in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Accountable for project financials and reporting
- Actively troubleshooting, problem solving and tracking project performance indicators.
- Engaging with various teams to produce quality proposals
- Delivers overall performance and results for E&I projects in this area.
- Ensures team members are focused on building strong lasting and effective partnerships with our customers.
- Identifies priorities to address resource and operational challenges with input from management.
- Works with staff and customers to identify safety issues and takes corrective action to resolve these concerns.
- Meets regularly with key customers to review service quality and performance.
- Enhances and builds on current customer relationships to ensure customer retention.
- Works with Business Development team to grow the business with new project work or new clients.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of Project Management.
- Proven ability to meet service delivery expectations including customer and safety.
- Active risk management to resolve customer issues or project related issues to ensure the company is not exposed to unnecessary risk.
- Knowledge of the company’s business, capabilities, policies and procedures to effectively manage the electrical team.
- Able to build strong lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business.
- Superb interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to develop and manage contractual agreements and requests for proposal as required.
- Knowledge of leadership principles to build a strong culture in line with company’s mission and vision.
