Gyptech is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** to support domestic and trans-border logistics.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service skills and dedication to a high level of service and performance.
- Demonstrated self-starter, capable of working in a team environment a must.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with external and internal customers (Purchasing, Project Management, Customer Service, Suppliers).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.
- Brokerage experience (an asset) and CIFFA Certification considered (an asset).

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the movement of trans-border shipments.
- Preparation of bills of lading and related commercial documentation.
- Coordinating the movement of goods with local fabrication shops.
- Assisting with International air and ocean cargo, as required.
- Measuring and reporting of performance (e.g., on time delivery, shipment accuracy).
- Assisting in determining Harmonization codes and Country of Origin.
- Working with the Shipping/Receiving Department to establish cargo ship dates.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of related logistics experience primarily with trans-border trucking, USA customs requirements, some international air and ocean freight experience.

**Additional Information**:
This position is based out of our head office in Burlington.
