**What We’re Looking for**:

- Post secondary degree or diploma in business, administration, planning, municipal government, or a related program.
- Planning courses though AMCTO, or municipal planning experience considered an asset.
- Office Management training or certifications
- Knowledge or experience in drinking water quality management standards and planning,
- A minimum of five (5) years of office administration experience with emphasis on customer service, public relations, municipal planning processes and communication.
- Experience working with job related software (Microsoft Office, Great Plains, Citywide, Land Manager, etc.).
- Able to deal with the public with diplomacy and tact.
- Must ensure a high level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism at all times.
