**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install building components such as drywall, cabinetry, fixtures, and other structural elements according to blueprints and project plans
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Perform construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to achieve a polished appearance
- Utilize carpentry skills for framing, cutting, and assembling materials as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times

**Skills**
- Proven experience in construction painting, carpentry, or maintenance person work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Skilled in caulking and finishing techniques for a professional look
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual tasks and lift heavy materials safely

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
