**Ergocentric Chedworth Shop Division - Order processing Operator**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work safely and adhere to quality and productivity guidelines
- Interpret sales order and the individual line items to fulfill customer’s requirements
- Process those orders via our I.O.S Syspro to make those line items and inventory transition from work in progress (WIP) into finished goods within the system
- The operator will be expected to ensure the picking, sub assembly of components and fulling those jobs are accurate and correct in all aspects including but not limited to color quantity and model
- Ensure that the quality of inventory directly involved with fulfilling orders is of acceptable standards and if a QC issue is found that those issues are forwarded to management and the quality department
- The preparation and packaging items for outbound shipping would require the ability to pack, load and strap finished goods on to pallets to prepare to ship
- Follow manufacturing instructions to detect and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Coordinate with in-house team on scheduling and deadlines, report item shortages
- Maintain overall area housekeeping and organization of orders to process
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Abilities**
- Computer skills commensurate with navigating a custom I.O.S.
- Previous experience in order processing for manufacturing will be an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret bills of materials in fulfillment of orders
- Follow verbal and written instructions along with diagrams
- Expected to learn the various product lines and product classes for finished good processing
- Must be hardworking and have a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent time management skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)
