The BDC Agent will work in the Activix division of Trader Corporation and will be responsible for contacting potential car dealership customers to schedule an appointment and follow up during the purchasing process.

As an Activix employee, you'll be part of a team that's a leader in automotive training, performance analysis and customer contact management tools.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Process dealer web requests.
- Chatting with customers.
- Manage and follow up on customers who have completed their leases or car financing.
- You will follow up with customers who have visited the dealership but have not made a purchase.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys for customers who have taken possession of their new vehicle.

**EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- Active listening skills
- Responsible and organized
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Telemarketing or call center experience
- Bilingual (French/English)*.
- Experience with CRM would be an asset
- Sales experience would be an asset
- Experience in customer service
- _Knowledge of the French language is required for communications with managers in Quebec and for those with French-speaking customers._
