What we are looking for in a team member: - Must have Serving It Right - The ability to lift over 50lbs - Exceptional customer services skills. - Product knowledge, cash handling and merchandising experience are an asset. Specific Duties - Providing an exceptional guest experience by exceeding guest's needs and expectations - WOW the guest - Providing product information to guest to help increase sales - Maintaining a clean and pleasant work environment - Ensuring the stock levels are maintained on the shelves - including inventory rotation - Taking initiative to address "issues" and any possible stock shortages - Representing the organization in a professional manner Our Core Values - Positive Attitude - helping to create a sustain a positive team environment - Integrity - takes responsibility for actions.
