S&C is continuing to grow. Where do you come in? We are looking for a talented **Packer for the Afternoon Shift **who have a passion for innovation and in their field of expertise, enjoys working as part of a team and are committed to helping us become a leader in our industry.

**As a Packer, you will **
- Use hand and power tools to cut wood, drill and build crates for our switches and finished products
- Use manual pump trucks, cranes (over head / jib) and lift devices as required to move material and finished product(s)
- Ensure that crates are built, and products are packaged in accordance with quality standards, and to ensure that our product will not be damaged during transport
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow organizational practices

**Who are we looking for? Someone who has **
- High school diploma
- Experience working with hand and power tools, including nail and staple guns
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (considered an asset)
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with mínimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to climb ladders and work on platforms, as required while ensuring that all health and safety practices and policies are adhered to
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
