**Job Summary**

NO LMIA'S please. We are looking for someone with Permanent Residency.

The Cook will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared according to safety and quality standards, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. In addition, packing takeouts, coordinating and expediting the food in a timely manner is a must.

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperatures and meets food safety standards.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices. Helping with Dishes, general cleaning and closing duties
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and restaurant environment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Ability to handle various cooking equipment and tools effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation.
- Strong attention to detail in food presentation and quality control.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with good communication skills, willing to help others in the kitchen as needed. Fluency in English is a MUST

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
