**Who You Are**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work one-on-one with participants to assess their skills, interests, and employment

goals.
- Develop individualized employment plans that align with participants’ aspirations and

industry opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and

community organizations to create job opportunities.
- Advocate for participants by matching them with employment placements that

support their long-term success.
- Provide support and resources shared from our employer partners to instructors

teaching job readiness, that will help with resume development, interview

preparation, and workplace readiness training.
- Collaborate with workforce development instructors and program staff to align

training with job market demands.
- Offer ongoing coaching and mentorship to participants during their job search and

after job placement to ensure retention and career growth.
- Track and report employment outcomes, identifying areas for improvement in job

placement strategies.
- Stay informed about labor market trends, employer needs, and workforce

development best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in employment services, workforce development, case management, and/or career counseling.
- Strong ability to build and maintain employer relationships, partnerships, and create

job opportunities.
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and employment barriers faced by diverse

populations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with youth, marginalized communities, or individuals facing employment barriers is an asset.
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and access to transportation.
- Proficiency in Google platform tools and other relevant software.
- Current police clearance report with attention to vulnerable sector screening.
