What we are looking for:
Fiera Capital is looking for an internal communications consultant for a 15 to 18-month assignment. You will be at the heart of our communications initiatives, providing important support to our business units and internal stakeholders. Your mission will be to develop and deploy strategies aligned with our objectives, organize internal events, write key communications and collaborate with human resources to promote employee engagement. If you have a talent for clear, engaging writing, and an ability to coordinate complex communications projects, we want to meet you.

Your responsibilities:

- Act as a resource person to provide exceptional internal communications support to various business units, as well as internal stakeholders and clients at various levels.
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Organize and coordinate internal events focused on culture and talent, including workshops and webinars.
- Write, edit and distribute internal communications, including important business updates, newsletters and announcements.
- Write updates and executive memos for senior management, making sure the information conveyed is clear and accurate.
- Work closely with human resources to promote internal initiatives that improve employee engagement.
- Manage the content and communications strategy on internal platforms such as the intranet and corporate social networks.
- Ensure that messages are consistent across various communication channels and that employees are well informed of changes and developments within the company.
- Work on one-off projects and other communications activities as required.

Must
- have requirements to be successful in this role:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a relevant discipline
- Minimum of five years experience in internal communications within a company
- Experience in leading and implementing internal communications in multifunctional projects
- Exceptional project management and time management skills, along with a keen sense of planning and organization, and good management of priorities
- Strong ability to analyze key messages and simplify information
- Experience in developing and managing intranet content using a SharePoint platform
- Perfect command of English and French
- Excellent skills in writing, storytelling and editing
- Great sense of initiative and willingness to constantly innovate
- Knowledge of the financial sector an asset

- Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 3 days in-office per week
