As a Realtor® with The Worthy Group, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive team environment where trust, integrity, and community are at the heart of everything we do. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Close real estate deals: confidently manage the transaction process, from initial contact to closing,
- Lead management and follow-up: proactively manage, nurture, and convert leads from multiple sources—including online inquiries, referrals, sign calls, and open houses—building trust and relationships that result in successful transactions and exceptional client experiences
- Show properties: conduct showings and provide valuable insights to prospective buyers to help them make informed decisions.
- Incorporates daily calls
- Host team open houses
- Negotiate and close deals with agents
- Keep abreast of market trends
- Attend weekly meetings
- Work with our Systems for Buyer and Seller tracking to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Complete daily lead tracking report
- Write contracts

Qualification:
- Licensed Realtor® in British Columbia: Current and valid BC real estate license required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Google Drive and other digital tools to manage workflows and client information efficiently.
- Team-oriented mindset: thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to team success.
- Reliable transportation: Access to a vehicle for client meetings, property showings, and other job-related travel.

As a full-time, high-producing Realtor® with six years of real estate experience in the Comox Valley—and over 20 years in the mortgage industry and 30 years in professional sales—I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
