**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Prepare insurance quotes using Applied Rating Services (Compuquote)
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
- Accurately read and interpret Hits, MVR and Autoplus reports
- Upload policies on insurance company portals, provide quotations to customers and brokers, etc.
- Send payment reminders when necessary
- Administer, support and complete policy changes within our company partner’s portals and websites
- Review policies and recommend coverage based on individual consumer needs
- Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners
- Co-ordinate and follow up on client documents
- Issue Temporary Liability Cards and Insurance Certificates for customers
- Know, understand and use insurance companies’ portals
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service skills, including customer support and customer experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A team player with strong work ethic;
- Commitment to delivering professionalism and expertise
- Proven experience working in fast-paced environments with a high volume of customer inquiries
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with broker management software including EPIC and Compuquote - an asset
- Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) designation is not required but considered an asset
- Bilingual in English and French an asset

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of one-year experience in a Personal Lines brokerage in a similar capacity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
