**Our role**:
- Provide you with full Mercury Marine training
- Give you the opportunity to cross train in other trades

**Your role**:
- Identify any issues with a boat or motor and repair them correctly
- Conduct inspections before boats stored on site are delivered back to clients
- Installation of outboard motors and related control systems as well as other marine electronics
- Installation, diagnostics, and repair of marine systems and accessories
- Fill out accurate service records and repair documents
- Deliver exceptional customer service that supports repeat business and continued client satisfaction
**Qualifications**:
- Training or equivalent knowledge in field of marine mechanics
- Valid driver's license
- Positive and reliable attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to efficiently work alone in a busy environment

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
