**Company Overview**

We are a family-owned automotive parts company based in North America with a location in London, Ontario and another in Michigan, USA. Our company specializes in customizing painted car parts direct to consumers. We also sell a variety of unpainted parts like headlights and grilles. The company has several departments including, but not limited to, parts preparation, painting, packaging, shipping, and customer service. The company currently has over 50 employees between both locations and is looking to grow even further.

**Position summary**

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Order fulfillment, eCommerce/supply chain, shipping, warehouse Operations and solving process opportunities and deficiencies to join our team in the London Facility.

Reporting to senior management, the shipping supervisor oversees all aspects of shipping and packaging and is responsible for working with and providing direction for employees responsible for daily functions.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule, coordinate and direct workload for shipping & packaging teams.
- Develop, train, and maintain shipping & packaging teams policies and processes.
- Reduce the dimensional weight of products whenever possible. Monitor changes to product dimensions that affect shipping prices.
- Ensure all carrier requirements, Partify's SOP's, KPI's and SLAs are adhered to and met each day. Make decisions, problem solve and communicate with Team Members and Managers as needed to accomplish this.
- Ensure safety stock of Packaging/Shipping supplies.
- Process and track claims and returns. Communicate with Customer Service about shipping updates.
- Audit billing and track costs and provide, with insights, to management team.
- Carry out the work of the employees supervised as needed.
- Coordinate warehouse cleanliness and maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by Managers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Experience implementing Lean principles.
- Conducive to change in a large fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
