**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized station.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
