At MCA, we take pride in being a 100% Canadian owned and operated Merchandising Company, providing top-notch services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across Canada. Our diverse range of services includes Merchandising, Sales, Price Collection, Retail Audits, Retail Store Renovations, and so much more.

**Hourly Rate**: $18 per hour
**Hours**: Approximately 10 hours per month
**Schedule**: Typically, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, but offers flexibility

**Our Partnership Goals**:

- Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
- Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client's quality and branding standards.
- Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
- Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company's clients.
- To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
- Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
- ** U**tilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.

- Has merchandising experience in a grocery, drug store or big box setting.
- Can read and execute planograms
- Possesses strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including downloading apps, reporting in-store, taking photos and utilizing imaging apps

- Shows enthusiasm and maintains a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
