You will be the lead (Product/Project Manager) on one or more initiatives for the E commerce wing of a Global Distributor of B2B IT Services.

**Nature of Engagements**:

- Creating a Project Plan - Milestones, Timelines, Resources etc
- Execution and Delivery
- Feature Enhancements
- Understanding and Building Enhancements to an existing product for optimization, process improvements etc.

- Working with Key stakeholders ( Business Teams)
- Providing Support to address any Production Issues, Bottlenecks
- Managing escalations effectively.

**Time Zones**:
As this is an Onsite - Offshore Model, 90% of the work engagement is in Eastern Time zone (EST) and 10% is Collaborating with Managers and Team Leads in Indian Standard time.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Organize Stakeholders and build relationships
- Should able to handle Project Management Responsibilities
- Identify Opportunities aligned with business benefits
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ownership of Strategy & Vision for digital product development
- Develop and Maintain 12 month/4Q Feature Roadmap
- Using the Agile methodology define & prioritize features
- Work with Architects to design Solution Blueprints
- Align with UX designers for visual depictions (wireframes, storyboarding)
- Develop Customer Process Flows
- Define Acceptance Criteria and partner with QA for test script development (manual and automated)
- Conduct Show-N-Tell Demos
- Coordinate UAT and report on defect analytics
- Partner with Business for change management and product rollout
- Monthly Presentations to the Steering Committee, IT Operations
- Weekly Status Update/Presentation to the PMO

**Skills and Experience**:
**Must have**:

- 5+ years of **Project Management** Experience
- 5+ years of **Product Owner** Experience
- 3+ years of **AEM or Digital Marketing Experience**:

- 5+ Years of **Leading Cross functional teams**:

- 3+ years of **Agile Experience** - as a PM, PO or SCM
- 2+ years of **E commerce** Experience
- Excellent Communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Stakeholder Management - Internal and External
- Effective Escalation handling

**Nice to have**:

- Reporting to Senior Leadership - Steering Committees, SVPs, VPs and Directors
- Exposure to Agile Tools - ADO
- Certifications : PMP, CAPM, CSM, Safe etc.
- Exposure to Product Management
- Utilize Adobe CMS to simplify delivering digital experiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $117,000.00 per year
