Landscaping Laborer

This person(s) will be critical in helping to provide an exceptional client experience. This person will require strong problem solving, organizational, and teamworking skills. Further, a high degree of judgement, and professionalism is required.
- Experience in property maintenance, masonry, construction, or other relevant field
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Drivers licence is a requirement
- Ability to:

- Work independently and as part of a team
- Assess and recognize workplace hazards
- Maintain an organized working environment
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Engage in physically strenuous work
- Safety certifications, other tickets, or advanced drivers licensing is considered an asset

**Objective**:

- To provide exceptional service to our clients with reliability and exceptional results.
- Maintain professional conduct on all client sites.
- Work safely embracing a culture of safety best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- 40 hours per week.
- Travel to and from the required work site
- Ongoing safety and industry training
- Strong commitment to job site safety requirements
- Completion of a daily work sheet
- Strong communication with clients on site
- Strong communication with team members

**Compensation**:

- Hourly Rate of $19 per hour + Bonus as applicable (Paid each pay period)
- $1 per hour for arriving on time for all shifts
- $1 per hour for absence of call backs
- $1 per hour for completion of jobs on budget
- Vacation paid out as applicable
- Group RRSP/TFSA with 3% employer matching.

**Duration**:

- Start date of April 15, 2025
- 90 Day probation period
- No designated end date

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
