**Our expectations**:
**Your role**:

- Responsible to support/maintain all assigned integrations that will be delivered within the WorkDay payroll implementation in Canada
- Design/Maintain interfaces based on business requirements and build integration solutions using various integration product technologies/tools and services
- Provide expertise and good understanding of Workday app’s integration framework, object-oriented data model and approaches to integrations (API, Connector, EIB and Studio)
- Participate in the assessment of the expected time required for development.
- Delivery of development on schedule while delivering excellent quality
- Perform regression testing on inbound/outbound integrations with Workday during WorkDay releases and other implementations
- Provide support on integrations including logging/maintaining tickets in the enterprise ServiceNow ticket tracking system
- Be responsible for implementing integrations into production.
- Produce and update technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of development standards.
- Collaborate with other teams involved in the payroll process in our global support model

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Have experience in the HR sector, mainly the payroll cycle (including HCM) is essential.
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience in IT projects, including at least three (3) years in the WorkDay environment.
- Project experience in a technical role on one or more WorkDay payroll implementation projects using SOA tools (Workday Studio or other middleware platform)
- Possess a team spirit and leadership.
- Demonstrate the ability to easily adapt to changes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Able to operate with tight deadlines and constraints.
- Have a sense of organization, service, and concern for quality.
- Able to coach other members of the team relating to WorkDay development tools and services
