White House Salon is looking for an experienced hairstylist or barber to join our team

Your work environment would consist of a small, supportive team of other well-experienced stylists and a full-time receptionist. Additionally, we provide a great work-life balance with daytime hours, flexible scheduling, stat holidays off (we also close Saturday if the stat is on a Monday), one week of vacation in the summer and one week over Christmas, plus a variety of other staff perks

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of professional salon experience
- Must have graduated from an accredited program or possess the equivalent amount of apprenticeship/professional experience
- Must live in the area or have the ability to reliably commute to work
- Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada
- Must be able to process bookings and transactions through salon software and POS when necessary (we employ a full-time receptionist who handles most of this), or be willing to learn

What we offer
- Starting hourly wage or service commissions (whichever is greater) + Tips paid out daily
- Full-time or part-time hours, Tuesday to Saturday
- Continuing education

Part-time hours: 8-39 per week

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
