**ABOUT OUR OPERATION**
The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation).
**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the System Coordinator, you will support the Nunavut division in all aspects of coding data in the system. You will be responsible for all aspects of cataloguing parts in the corporate system. As a member of the organization, you will contribute to the ongoing and sustainable improvement of their department. You will need to make decisions and take actions that are consistent with the company’s operational objectives and sustainable development policy.
- Collect, store, process, format and present basic information about items in the company’s ERP system;
- Adhere to data management standards and include descriptions for parts in a clear and accurate manner with appropriate classifications, part numbers, specifications and other data elements to help the company effectively manage inventory and carry out supply chain operations;
- Be responsible for a catalogue management system;
- Provide expert cataloguing advice to ensure that the information in the catalogue is accurate, complete and readily available to all those who require it for their business operations;
- Use enhanced analytical tools to assist with catalogue cleanup and to generate regular reports on catalogue enhancement programs;
- Create a procedure to diligently identify equipment used in business operations so they may be located, sorted and assessed by users and management;
- Ensure all inventory forms are signed and filled out as per procedure;
- Participate in the J/N/S project and collaborate with key stakeholders to encourage implementing the project first in the Nunavut division, then eventually in all other divisions.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and/or relevant work experience
- Experience managing inventory in a remote location, a thorough understanding of issues related to working in a remote location and in-depth knowledge of systems in the mining industry or a similar sector
- Excellent interpersonal communication and team building skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
**Work schedule**:
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Schedule may change to according to business needs.
