As a **General Laborer**, you will play a key role in assisting our skilled tradespeople with various landscaping and construction projects. From site preparation to installation, you'll gain hands-on experience working with different materials, tools, and equipment. **What You'll Do**
- Assist with landscape construction, including grading, paving, sodding, and planting
- Operate basic hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently
- Support skilled laborers with tasks such as excavation, concrete work, and retaining wall installation
- Load and unload materials, ensuring job sites remain organized and safe
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency on all job sites

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
