Position Requirements:
1+ Years as a supervisor in Tim Hortons

Demonstrated ability to set and achieve targets despite obstacles

You tend to be an energetic and positive leader

Track record of completing high quality administrative tasks

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Members in the food industry. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
