We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Subprime Finance Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Call Leads**:First and most important responsibility is to contact leads who have applied on-line for vehicle financing

**Credit Analysis**: Assess and analyze the creditworthiness of subprime applicants.

**Loan Approval**: Determine the appropriate financing options and secure loan approvals for customers

**Customer Relations**: Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations related to automotive financing.

**Negotiation**: Negotiate with financial institutions and lenders to secure favorable loan terms for customers.

**Documentation**: Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all required documentation. Must be Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in subprime automotive financing, with a track record of success.
- Subprime experience in automotive financing (at least 1+ years)
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and lending practices.
- Knowledge of regulations pertaining to subprime auto finance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Commission pay

- Burlington, ON L7S 2K2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
