**It’s your lucky day, Upstay is looking for Full-time Housekeeper to join our team in Toronto, Ontario Get Your Resume Ready**

The role of the Housekeeper is a vital position within the company. You will be working alongside an experienced team that includes the Regional Manager, the housekeeping team, and the guest experience team to coordinate and verify urgent and trivial maintenance requests in preparation for upcoming guests and current guests. Our culture is very entrepreneurial, and we are looking for passionate individuals interested in a long-term position.

**What You’ll Do**
- Clean the living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the floors in all rooms, as well as clean and disinfect surfaces.
- Clean the bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers, and baths.
- Clean the kitchen, including wiping down appliances, counters, sinks, and cabinet doors.
- Use cleaning equipment and other cleaning tools.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and request more as needed.
- Report any necessary repairs or replacements, or damages caused by guests. - Follow cleaning and disinfecting protocols, as per the Government of Canada guidelines.
- Assist guests, when necessary.
- Perform other duties identified or as assigned.
- Be available after hours, if required.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience cleaning (short term rentals - Airbnb - or hotels are preferable)
- Own a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license (required)
- Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Availability to work 4 days a week, including weekends (Friday to Monday), from 9/10am to 4/5pm.

COVID-19 considerations:
Much of the work will be completed independently. You will be required to wear proper PPE when entering the property, and interacting with guests and workers.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License and a reliable vehicle to perform the job (required)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
