We are currently seeking a **System Administrator (term position)**to join our Head Office in Saskatoon.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Tier 1 support to internal stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner
- Perform day-to-day system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Administer user access and security controls while following IT governance and change management protocols
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and standard operating procedures
- Support infrastructure upgrades and assist with the implementation of new technologies
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into practical IT solutions
- Recommend system improvements and assist with planning project frameworks and milestones
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Technical knowledge of operating systems, VPNs, network infrastructure.
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and database administration
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a desire and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, set priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of IT security best practices considered an asset
