- **ABOUT THE ROLE**
Cardinal Concrete, a division of Amrize, is the leading supplier of ready-mix concrete in the Sea to Sky Corridor. We are currently seeking a Ready-Mix truck driver for the upcoming construction season to join our team. To be successful, you will thrive in a fast paced, customer oriented environment, and take pride in being responsible for safely operating and maintaining ready mix trucks.
**WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH**
- Delivering concrete to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Up keep of truck appearance, assist with light maintenance around the Concrete plant
- Paperwork - circle checks, delivery ticket information.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
**Education Required**:High School Diploma or equivalent.
**Required Work Experience**: 3 - 5 years of experience in the trucking industry with a clean driving record.
**Required Training/Certifications**:Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license
**Additional Requirements**:
- Manual transmission experience
- Safety Mindset
- Team player
- Strong communicator
