TaylorHR is hiring a part time Barista for Terra Nova Nordic Spa & Café.

Terra Nova Nordic Spa is a serene countryside retreat located just north of Woodstock, Ontario. Established in 2020 by owner and practitioner Jodi Pendry, the spa offers a comprehensive range of wellness services, including massage therapy, osteopathy, yoga, and an extensive spa menu. The on-site café complements the spa services by serving specialty coffees, loose leaf teas, signature sandwiches, and freshly baked goods, creating a holistic environment focused on relaxation and well-being.

Due to ongoing growth, Terra Nova Nordic Spa is currently looking for team members to join the Cafe department as a part time Barista. Minimum of every second weekend from 4pm to 9pm and other shifts available according to cafe needs and the employee's availability.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Taking orders and serving guests, taking payment
- Dishes, keeping an eye on café area that all keeps tidy and clean
- Following all café closing procedures list
- 7pm close café door, finish up any café prep and café closing duties.
- Assist in laundry and getting all buildings closed up. Assist in closing the Nordic Thermal Experience

Experience Requirements
- Previous Barista experience an assest,
- Smart Serve an asset,
- Safe Food Handling an asset,
- Strong customer service skills,
- Handling cash and POS system experience an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
