Blanka is a Canadian-based tech company disrupting the e-commerce space with our custom platform, private-label and logistics solutions. We are looking to bring on a Print Technician/Operator to help us realize our vision. This role will primarily operate independently with a combination of both daytime and evening shifts.

We are looking for an eager, creative, and detail-oriented digital guru with print experience to join our amazing company. You will be part of a growing production team that produces our stunning custom-branded products in-house. As a print technician with a good understanding of graphic design, you will operate our commercial printers to produce high quality products, under the guidance of Blanka’s Print Production Manager.

The main objective of this role is to efficiently produce custom-branded products with our state-of-the-art printers, carefully following prescribed procedures and processes. In this innovative and exciting role you will get to learn more about print design processes and work independently while seeing the fruits of your labour come to life as you print. - You have the ability to take feedback, and action necessary changes quickly and effectively
- You have excellent time management and planning skills
- Previous experience with commercial digital printing is an asset, but not required
- You have experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or are excited to learn the key programs within the Adobe Creative Suite
- You are never satisfied with the status quo because you have insanely high standards
- You are an early adopter of tools and technologies that enable you to create best-in-class content

**Job Type**:Full-time or part-time; up to 40 hrs/week; combination of evening & daytime shifts

**Annual Salary**: $19-$21 per hour

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- 9am - 5pm
- 2pm - 10pm

Printing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
