- Schedule appointments using Abeldent software
- Operate a multi-line telephone system

Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

- Dental experience is an asset but not necessary. Business or Medical Administration will be considered
- Experience using Abeldent is an asset
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Dental Insurance is an asset
- Excellent communication customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability to multi-task
