**Position Details**:
Our team is currently seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our Insurance team as a Regional Insurance Supervisor.

**What You Will Do**
- Motivate, develop, reward, recognize and inspire a team of highly skilled Insurance Professionals.
- Ensuring that automobile and property acquisition targets and retention targets are met on a consistent basis.
- Analyzing and report on agent and team productivity identifying challenges, opportunities, and results for each agent/location.
- Managing all areas relating to agent performance.
- Accountable for reviewing agent and team underwriting risk quality and providing coaching and development when required.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the Travel Store Managers within their assigned territory.

**What You Have**
- Post-Secondary education completed.
- General Insurance license.
- 5+ years of Insurance leadership experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
