**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Oversight**: Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for the church building and grounds.
- **Safety and Security**: Implement safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure a secure environment for all attendees.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related needs.
- **Event Support**: Collaborate with event organizers to set up and coordinate facilities for church services, meetings, and special events.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
- **Space Planning**: Optimize the use of church spaces, considering the needs of various ministries and programs.
- **Supervision**: Lead and motivate custodial staff, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with church leadership regarding facility issues and improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Salary**: $19.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
