**We're Hiring: Full-Cycle Bookkeeper (a.k.a. Our Financial Backbone)**

Do you love numbers, get a thrill from a balanced ledger, and secretly enjoy reconciling bank statements? We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Full-Cycle Bookkeeper** who can do more than just “keep the books” — someone who takes pride in being the steady hand behind smooth financial operations.

What You’ll Do:

- Maintain accurate financial records from **entry to general ledger**:

- Manage **accounts payable and receivable** with timeliness and accuracy
- Process **customer invoicing** and ensure prompt collections
- Reconcile **bank, credit card, and merchant accounts**:

- Track and maintain **inventory** and cost data
- Assist with **month-end and year-end closing**:

- Support management with **reports and financial insights**:

- Collaborate with external accountants for year-end prep

What You Bring:

- Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
- Proficiency in GP
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory management
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A team player who can also work independently
- Bonus: Experience in [specific industry] or familiarity with job costing
